2) The customer fill out the RMA form in all its parts and send it to fax +39 071 2868542 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
3) Fastmedia sent to the customer via fax or e-mail the complete RMA form of “RMA” (return authorization)
4) The customer sends the material failure in port, and attach the RMA Form
